Xylo processes your personal data in order to contact you if you so request (by phone, email and/or mail). In addition, Xylo may use your personal data in the context of executing a cooperation agreement entered into with you.

Each request should be accompanied by a copy of your proof of identity, on which you have affixed your signature and indicating the address where you can be contacted. Xylo will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Please note: if you request deletion, this is only possible provided that we no longer need your data for the purpose described in point 2.

Xylo takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The computers on which data is processed are secured by default with a user name and a complex password. Our employees are fully informed in connection with the safe handling of your personal data. No data is kept on paper given the possibility of online registration and the data is not accessible to unauthorized persons.
